Quality Correctional Care is looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our team! This person is responsible for leading a team of medical staff while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. They will play a critical part in the advancement of Quality Correctional Care around the northern region of Indiana.

Job Overview (Nurse Practitioner)As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assist corrections‑involved individuals in their healthcare journey from initial interaction with law enforcement through successful transition to the community.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a team of medical staff.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients with diverse medical conditions.
- Maintain high standards of care within correctional facilities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners to facilitate patient transitions.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license, licensed to practice medicine in Indiana.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Clear background check.
- Experience in family practice, urgent care, or ER medicine preferred.
- Correctional experience is preferred but not required.
Must be willing to travel to various correctional facilities in the North Central part of the state, including but not limited to Miami, Carroll, Clinton, Cass, Wabash, Fulton, and Kosciusko counties.
ScheduleFull‑time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Some flexibility required, including working weekends every 4–6 weeks.
