FUNCIONES:
- Coordinar lineamientos y requerimientos con el cliente.
- Supervisar los servicios del campamento y la correcta atención al usuario.
- Gestionar recursos, abastecimiento y control de insumos.
- Elaborar roster, controlar asistencia y desempeño del personal.
- Supervisar capacitaciones, normas de calidad, sanidad y seguridad.
- Ejecutar auditorías internas y planes de mejora.
- Gestionar quejas, reclamos e incidencias operativas.
- Controlar ventas, valorizaciones y cumplimiento de objetivos económicos.
- Apoyar en actividades asignadas por la jefatura.
- Pertenecer a una empresa transnacional.
- Ingreso inmediato a la planilla Newrest.
- Cobertura al 100% de Alimentación + Hospedaje en la operación.
- Cobertura traslado desde Lima, Arequipa,Tacna,Puno e Ilo.
