As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your role includes:

• Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs.
• Follow-Up – Engages in follow-up with customers as necessary to provide updates on orders and check on their satisfaction with recent purchases.
• Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, supports customers in making informed purchase decisions with confidence.
• Adaptability – Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations.
• Product Knowledge – Maintains and shares up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Operational – Submitting precise orders, following established protocols adhering to money handling processes, supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.

• Pay: $17/hr
