As a Sales Assistant Manager, your mission will be to provide customers with access to high-quality products that enhance their quality of life, ensuring you do meaningful work that genuinely makes a difference in their lives!
Typical Day / Responsibilities- Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and actively prospect for new customers.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences with a commitment to "white glove" service, both in-store and in customers' homes.
- Deliveries & Pickups: Engage outside the store by safely loading, unloading, and installing products while adhering to all safety procedures.
- Merchandising: Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere through organized product displays and cleanliness, considering both customers and coworkers.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid state driver's license and a good driving record, as you will be driving company vehicles.
- Ability to lift and move products like furniture, electronics, and appliances.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A career-oriented mindset with a desire for growth.
- A commitment to improving customers' lives.
- A strong will to learn and adapt to the business needs.
- Grit and determination to overcome challenges.
