Compensation

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Front‑end checkout associates run registers, greet customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. They must be ready to help with customer questions and may stand for long periods.
