Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven closing experience to take ownership of the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing deals. This role goes beyond traditional SDR responsibilities and is ideal for someone who can confidently move prospects through the funnel and convert opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and engage high-quality leads through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, Linked In outreach).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them efficiently through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and handle objections effectively.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing and senior sales leadership to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders to drive long-term value
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or closing roles.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals (not just lead generation).
- Strong outbound sales experience (cold calling, email sequencing, Linked In outreach).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and hit revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
- Experience selling in SaaS, tech, or B2B services is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
