*** The Wealth Advisor manages existing client relationships, working either with the Sr. Wealth Advisor or on their own, providing advice, financial planning implementation, and account management services to clients. This role is responsible for account retention, quarterly client meetings, account reviews, and referrals to other business lines. The Wealth Advisor is responsible for championing the Midland brand, engaging in the community and creating marketing events.  

This is an individual contributor role.
* Collaborates with Sr Wealth Advisors and related centers of influence to cultivate business. Other duties as assigned.  
** Position Qualifications
** Education/

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6-8 years previous experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with a demonstrated ability to develop, manage and maintain client relationships. Series 7 / 65 / Life Health Insurance licensed. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
