Position: Plant for Impact - Sales Advisor (commission only)

Climate Cooperative is a Netherlands-based social enterprise that funds transparent reforestation through verified agroforestry systems and turns carbon liabilities into measurable, auditable assets for companies. To accelerate the launch of our new Plant for Impact Awards, we are looking for a part-time, commission-only sales partner to help bring in new client companies.

The role
  • Work part-time and flexibly to identify and approach companies (any size, any sector) that could become nominees for the Plant for Impact Awards.
  • Sell our impact packages starting from 100 USD, which plant 10 agroforestry systems and generate traceable climate impact for clients.
  • Build and manage your own lead pipeline: outbound outreach, networking, Linked In prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Explain how our agroforestry-based carbon removal works and why it is a credible alternative to traditional carbon credits.
  • Share market feedback with our team to improve messaging and the awards program.
Compensation
  • This is a part-time, commission-only role.
  • You earn a base commission of 5% over the total sales you bring in.
  • For strong performers, there is room to increase the commission percentage and to discuss a more permanent role with a broader scope over time.

Ideal profile
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, fundraising, or business development is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in climate, nature-based solutions, and sustainability.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Confident using Linked In, email, and video calls to build relationships and close deals.
