More about this role
  • Achieve the established sales objectives for the assigned territory (Sell Out).
  • Ensure compliance with coverage indicators, mandatory portfolio, market share, numeric distribution, and weighted distribution.
  • Guarantee maximum visibility and availability of products on shelves in coordination with the sales manager of the distributor's sales team and the assigned distributor's merchandising team.
  • Coordinate daily activities with the person(s) responsible for the distributor's sales team.
  • Help train the distributor's team to ensure that our strategic partner pursues the same priorities. Provide commercial support and alignment to the distributor regarding the company's priorities and strategies.
  • Execute and supervise promotional activities at client locations. Follow up on the correct implementation of activities at the point of sale.
  • Ensure with the distributor the correct placement and implementation of point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
  • Prepare activity and sales results reports.
  • Guarantee the correct execution and follow-up of new product launches.
  • Monitor RTM (Route To Market) projects and ensure the achievement of established objectives.
  • Conduct constant field visits to identify improvement and growth opportunities in the assigned territory.
Job specific requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies – Traditional Channel.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing sales forces in impulse category companies.
  • Full knowledge of visibility techniques and point-of-sale execution.
