Seeking a leader to manage and grow an inside sales team in Peru, IL. This full‑time, direct‑hire position offers competitive pay and relocation assistance.

• Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000 + performance‑based bonus
• Location: Peru, IL (fully onsite, relocation assistance available)

• Lead and develop an existing inside sales team – build processes that drive results

• Manage and develop a team of 5+ inside sales representatives
• Build and implement sales processes, KPIs, and accountability systems
• Drive adoption and proper use of Hub Spot for tracking calls, activity, and performance
• Partner with ownership on strategy for major retail accounts (Menards, Walmart, Dollar General, Ace, Tractor Supply, Do It Best)
• Provide a buffer between ownership and customers – able to push back when needed
• Support business development and pitching when necessary – but management is the priority
• Create reporting and visibility into team activity and success metrics
• Coach reps on performance, pipeline management, and account growth

• 5+ years of retail sales experience (multi‑store chains, not necessarily big‑box)
• Managed a minimum of 5 sales reps in a previous role
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, activity tracking, and accountability systems
• Experience implementing or optimizing CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Proficient with ERP systems (Net Suite experience is a plus)
• Excellent leadership and people development skills
• Able to balance hands‑on management with strategic process building
• Strong communication skills – comfortable pushing back when needed
• Willing to relocate to Peru, IN (fully onsite role)

Annual salary: $100,000 per year, with performance‑based bonus potential.
