Account Manager

The Account Manager (AM) is the end-to-end commercial owner of national customer accounts, responsible for turning national strategy into actionable plans that deliver on-shelf impact and P&L results. They lead joint business planning, negotiate trade terms, build promotional calendars, and ensure flawless execution in pricing, availability, and service.

What You Will Do
  • Own and develop a portfolio of Accounts, ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Execute customer growth plans, trade promotions, pricing initiatives, and new product launches.
  • Manage customer negotiations and day-to-day commercial relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, promotional effectiveness, and business opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure high on-shelf availability and execution by partnering with Supply Chain, Field Sales, and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing customers and emerging retail channels.
  • Support in-store execution and track promotional compliance and distribution performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver sustainable business growth.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Customer Marketing, Sales, or Key Account Management.
  • Experience managing Modern Trade customers and promotional planning.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Agile, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • English is a plus.
