ROLE TITLE Sales / Appointment Setter (Female) ROLE SUMMARYYou serve as the first point of contact between potential customers and the sales team. Your responsibility is not simply answering inquiries—it is ensuring every inbound lead is qualified correctly, responded to promptly, and moved efficiently through the sales pipeline.
Every interaction should move a prospect one step closer to becoming a customer.
On a daily basis, you will encounter:
- high volumes of inbound inquiries
- leads with varying levels of buying intent
- incomplete customer information
- scheduling conflicts
- follow-up opportunities that require persistence
- multiple communication channels requiring quick response
Your role is to prioritize qualified opportunities, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure no sales opportunity is lost due to poor follow-up or delayed communication.
This position requires initiative. Waiting for reminders before responding to leads or following up on prospects creates missed revenue opportunities.
