Security Officer - Part Time Gatekeeper

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Control access at vehicle and pedestrian entry points by verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials when required, maintaining entry and exit logs, and directing visitors, vendors, and deliveries to appropriate check-in areas;
Monitor access control and alarm systems and/or video surveillance for irregular activity, then report concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision to help to deter unauthorized entry;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting events, and assisting with site response protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points, reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns per post orders
