As a key member of our service team, you will assist senior technicians in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, while learning essential skills that will set the foundation for your future success.

• Assist senior HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Perform duct cleaning and related tasks to ensure optimal system performance and indoor air quality for clients.
• Observe and learn proper techniques for servicing HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.

• Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• General knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and service‑oriented.

This position offers a competitive salary of $34,000 - $58,000 per year
, based on experience and qualifications.
