Senior Automation Engineer

Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer (AI):
Designing and delivering scalable enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms, UiPath and Power Automate, combined with AI-driven automation technologies with an accent on infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability planning. Focus on developing intelligent workflows leveraging AI capabilities such as document understanding and automation copilots to enhance business processes.

• Design and deliver scalable enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate combined with AI-driven automation technologies.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of automation environments including infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and scalability planning.
• Develop intelligent workflows leveraging AI capabilities such as document understanding, automation copilots, and agentic AI to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and implement high-impact automation solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing and delivering automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise automation architectures.
• Experience leveraging AI-enhanced RPA capabilities such as UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Power Automate Copilot.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or similar for automation and integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in cross-functional technical environments.
