Senior Fullstack Developer (React & Node.js):
Responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences, ensuring products are intuitive, functional, and aligned with business goals. Focus on collaborating with product, development, and stakeholder teams to transform needs into effective design solutions.

Hybrid in Peru

Encora delivers solutions in Product Engineering, Cloud Services, Quality Engineering, Dev Sec Ops , Data, Digital Experience, Cybersecurity, and AI Engineering.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and other developers to define and implement features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application quality, security, and responsiveness.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer working with React and Node.js. (+4 years)
• Experience with Hooks, Type Script and coding.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
• English level: B2 or higher.
