$5K Hiring Bonus! Flatbed CDL-A Driver, Regional Route: $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week. Most Weekends off!

Looking for an exciting driving opportunity in the western region of America? System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54
• Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ (depends on experience, routes, attendance, length of service)
• Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.

• $5,000 Hiring Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
  • Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving.
  • Payout made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
  • 1st payout: $1,250.00 at 90 days
  • 2nd payout: $1,250.00 at 180 days
  • 3rd payout: $1,250.00 at 270 days
  • 4th payout: $1,250.00 at 360 days
  • Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience) are not eligible.

• $1,800 Transition Package – $1,000 allotted for orientation during first 2 weeks.

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years of age or older
• Required: Safe driving record
• Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Required: 4+ months of driving experience
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required)
• Required: Background Check
• Required: Clean Drug Test
• Required: Clean Clearinghouse result
• Required: Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation). This is required for all flatbed driver opportunities.
