Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a 2nd shift reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse associate join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Handle documentation such as shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs paperwork as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues

Skills and

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

• Competitive Salary:
  We offer a competitive salary starting at $/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.
