En la empresa Bet Construct, estamos en la búsqueda de un Agente de Customer Support, para la oficina de Perú.
Sus principales funciones
* Recepcionar y atender chats en vivo sobre dudas, consultas y preguntas.
* Transferir correctamente las dudas a los otros departamentos de la empresa e informar la resolución de los mismos a los clientes.
* Realizar el seguimiento de las consultas para garantizar la resolución completa de los casos.
Requisitos
* Estudiantes/egresados técnicos o universitarios de cualquier carrera
* Manejo del idioma portugues a nivel intermedio
* Experiencia en atención al cliente (no excluyente)
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos
* Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial
