The Grove Rehab Facility in Peru, Indiana, is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Manager (30 hours/week, M-F) to oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination and compliance. This role partners with facility leadership to support a high-performing, compliant workforce focused on resident care.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years in progressive HR roles, preferably in healthcare.
