Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety

+ Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

+ Perform quality checks and document production data accurately

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to pass a drug test (Oral - 6 Panel) and background check

+ Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

+ Willingness to work night shifts and adhere to schedule
