As a
** Registered Nurse (RN)**, you will be a steady clinical presence, blending professional expertise with compassionate, relationship-based care. This role is ideal for nurses who value thoughtful practice, a calm atmosphere, and meaningful patient connections.
** RN Responsibilities
*** Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments using ASAM and MOUD and ongoing patient evaluations
* Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with providers
* Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
* Provide therapeutic communication, emotional support, and crisis intervention
* Maintain patient safety within a structured residential milieu
* Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and support staff
* Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
* Educate patients and families to support long-term wellness and discharge planning
** What We’re Looking For
*** Active
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** license in good standing
* Behavioral health, psychiatric, or residential treatment experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a calm, compassionate approach
