Repair and troubleshoot a wide range of food processing equipment including sizers, stuffers, vacuum pumps, conveyors, slicers, injectors, microwaves, and hydraulic units;
Replace belts, sprockets, gears, chains, and valves; rebuild pumps, gearboxes, and valves;
Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; address wear and welding components; ensure machine safety features;
Perform preventative maintenance and handle equipment installations by connecting air, water, and gas lines and aligning/leveling machinery;
Collaborate with Crew Leader and Supervisor to maintain equipment reliability and operational excellence
