We at Coforge are hiring Senior Full Stack Engineer (Type Script/Node.js/AWS) (#21561) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Type Script, Node.js, React, Postgre

SQL, and AWS cloud services.

* Build and optimize RESTful and FHIR-based APIs, ensuring scalability, security, performance, versioning, and reliable authentication mechanisms.

* Collaborate across global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.

* Contribute to system architecture, cloud infrastructure, database optimization, performance improvements, and engineering best practices for secure SaaS applications.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.

* 5+ years of experience building end-to-end production-grade web applications in full-stack environments.

* Strong expertise in Type Script, including generics, inference, type design, and Node.js backend development in production environments.

* Hands-on experience with modern React, including performance optimization and scalability best practices.

* Strong Postgre

SQL experience including SQL development, query optimization, schema migrations, and database performance tuning.

* Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/Aurora, S3, and Cloud Watch.

* Experience designing scalable REST APIs and FHIR-based APIs, including resource modeling, authentication, idempotency, and versioning strategies.

* 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar) as part of the software engineering workflow.

* Understanding of HIPAA requirements and experience or ability to work with sensitive healthcare data (PHI).

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills for async collaboration in global teams.

Preferred

Skills:

* Experience working in healthcare, EHR, or EMR systems.

* Hands-on knowledge of FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability standards.

* Familiarity with modern Type Script technologies such as Hono, tRPC, and Drizzle ORM.

* Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or similar frameworks.

* Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures, testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright), and observability tools (Open Telemetry, Sentry).
