Randstad Italia, in collaborazione con un cliente, cerca un neolaureato da inserire come HR RECRUITER‑L.68/99.
Contratto a tempo determinato, full time, sede di Pesaro.
Responsabilità
Ricezione delle job description e redazione degli annunci da pubblicare su diversi siti/portali.
Attività di ricerca e selezione del personale (screening CV, ricerca in database, interviste telefoniche, colloqui di selezione).
Attività di Head‑Hiring e ricerca diretta.
Competenze / Qualifiche
Laurea Triennale o Magistrale.
Passione per il mondo delle risorse umane.
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office / Google Suite.
Forte orientamento al risultato.
La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
