Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) from accredited college or university and hold a currently valid 5-year standard teaching license in Mississippi. Applicant must have at least 5 years of teaching experience.

The CTE Program Teacher Preparation Course is designed to prepare high school students interested in education as a career. Students are provided classroom instruction and internship hours through the course. The instructor is responsible for providing instruction, organizing observations and local daycares, along with completing all required CTE program documentation.
