Job Summary:

The teacher assistant will assist the teacher with students in the Community-based classroom at Petal Middle School.

Candidate must have at least 48 hours of college credit or passing scores on the Work Keys test (Reading for information, Mathematics, and Writing or Business Writing).

The assistant will be required to work eight (8) hours a day, Monday–Friday, with other assigned tasks.

The candidate must submit an online application.

Selection will be determined based on years of experience according to the district wage scale. After review of the application and qualifications, selected candidates will be contacted for interview.
