Client Retention & Service Specialist

This is not a passive role. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring retention, and improving the overall client experience.

You will:

  • Handle client service requests (policy changes, billing, claims guidance)
  • Follow up consistently to maintain strong relationships
  • Review policies and identify coverage gaps
  • Support account growth through cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking

You are the front line of the agency’s client experience—and a direct driver of retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Retention

  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Re-engage past clients through scheduled outreach

Account Management

  • Review policies and recommend improvements
  • Assist with renewals and retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage

Operations

  • Keep CRM updated with notes, tasks, and follow-ups
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities daily
  • Support quoting and documentation for the sales team
