Job Overview
Customer Order Specialist – Onsite in Dallas, TX.
Accept and validate sales orders, verify product availability, prepare delivery proposals, manage orders through to delivery, respond to customer inquiries, handle combined shipments, missing or DOA products, and maintain customer master data.

- Manage sales orders from creation through delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Handle combined shipments, missing items, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) products.
- Maintain and update customer master data.
- High School diploma and 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar customer‑support and order‑management role.
- Passionate about excellent customer service and capable of building rapport with customers.
- Strong commercial awareness, effective communication, listening and collaboration skills, and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
Salary: $67,192 – $98,549 annually (based on experience). Bonus: target bonus opportunity of 5%.
