We need someone who understands more than basic data entry or invoice processing. You should be comfortable looking at financial information, recognizing when something does not look right, researching the issue, and correcting it.
You should understand why transactions are categorized the way they are, how assets and liabilities affect the books, how inventory should be accounted for, and how Service Titan financial activity connects to Quick Books.
Experience working in an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or other home‑service company is highly preferred.
