The Block Advisors Receptionist position at H&R Block is a seasonal client‑service role focused on welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will greet clients, answer phones, match them with the best tax professional, schedule appointments, and maintain office cleanliness. You will also ensure client needs are met in‑person, over the phone, or virtually.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (optional)
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Minimum wage laws apply. Additional details about incentive compensation and benefits are available.
