Data Admin Coordinator
Location: Salida, CA
Pay: $22.60/hour

We're looking for someone with exceptional data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working with inventory or administrative data. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily distribution operations.

- Typical Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Flexibility
Required:
During peak production periods, your shift may begin as early as 5:00 AM based on business needs. - Must be available to work weekends as needed.
If you enjoy working with numbers, reconciling data, and solving discrepancies, this role is for you. As a Data Admin Coordinator, you'll help ensure inventory accuracy by supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Validate shipping weights for incoming and outgoing stock transfer orders (STOs).
- Investigate and resolve shipping weight discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Track distribution center inventory gains and losses.
- Process SAP inventory adjustments within established tolerance levels.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Support the inventory team with administrative and data entry functions.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, finance, accounting, or administrative support.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours during peak season, including start times as early as 5:00 AM.
