Senior Product Manager

Remote / Petaluma, CA (On-site preferred)

Contract: 6-month contract with potential extensions

We are partnered with a leading provider of smart water management and irrigation technology, helping organisations optimise water usage through innovative, data-driven solutions. As the business continues to enhance its digital product portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key SaaS products that integrate software, connected devices, and emerging AI capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Product Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has experience owning SaaS product roadmaps from discovery through delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative products that deliver real value to our customers.

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience owning and delivering SaaS product roadmaps
• Strong understanding of IoT or connected device products, with experience managing hardware and software integration
• Experience building AI-enabled products or working closely with AI development teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and the wider business
• Experience driving product strategy, prioritisation, and delivery within agile development environment

• Previous experience within the irrigation, water utilities, or wider utilities sector (water, gas, or electric industry)
• Experience working within a small or high-growth product organization
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and connected technology ecosystems
• Experience delivering products that leverage AI to enhance customer experiences or operational efficiency
