Location:
121 Lakeville Street, Petaluma.
Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Solicit quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Gather and track required material submittals.
- Prepare and maintain bid schedules.
- Monitor changes to drawings and communicate them to field personnel.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and owners.
- Conduct job walks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Excel and Word required. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal communication with employees, vendors, owners, and general contractors.
- Ability to manage budget, schedule, and quality across multiple construction sites.
- Competency in complete and accurate project take‑offs and estimates.
Responsibilities:
- Operate portable drilling equipment in the greater Bay Area.
- Be ready to learn quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong mechanical aptitude and hand skills.
- Punctuality and readiness to work each day.
- Transportable to job sites.
- Lift at least 100 pounds; team lifting may be required.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test and adhere to the company drug policy.
Responsibilities:
- Drive trucks and operate large concrete pump equipment.
- Set up concrete pump equipment to pump concrete supplied by the concrete mix supplier.
- Operate a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Pass a drug test.
- Lift 100 pounds.
- Handle customers and unexpected delays professionally.
- Use sound judgment when addressing problems and situations.
- Bilingual Spanish is helpful but not required.
