- Monday through Friday schedule
- Practice autonomously with independent patient panel
- Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
- Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
- Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
- Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career
- Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year
- Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
