Financial Services Representative

Sea West CG Federal Credit Union ($400M in assets) has a job opening for a customer oriented Financial Services Representative at our Petaluma branch located on the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center. The Representative assists Credit Union members with inquiries, financial transactions, and problem resolution as well as promoting our products and services.

• Provides professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to current and prospective members conducting business at the branch.
• Provides information on the Credit Union’s excellent financial products and services.
• Opens new savings, checking, certificate, and IRA accounts.
• Accurately processes member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provides information pertaining to lending products and quotes rates, terms, and types of loans and credit cards offered by the Credit Union.
• Assists members in using the Credit Union’s products and services including online and mobile banking systems.
• Handles member requests for ATM and Debit cards, check/statement copies, check orders, stop payments, and ACH origination.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and services that will benefit the member.
• Participates in membership development activities and represents the Credit Union at community events.
• Handles other job duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two (2) years' experience in a financial institution
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent Customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Salary: $4500.00- $5000.00 per month
