• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts
• Assist clients with checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
• Process teller transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Generate new business and referral opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA
• Support branch operations and customer retention efforts

• CSR II
  • 1+ year of banking teller experience
  • Experience opening consumer accounts preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
• CSR III
  • 2+ years of banking teller experience
  • Experience opening consumer and business accounts
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Senior CSR III
  • 3+ years of banking teller experience
  • Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts
  • Strong banking compliance knowledge (BSA, Information Security)
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
