Job Description:
- Review all payroll data in HRIS and then prepare files for review and approval by Manager
- Import employee time hours from time and attendance system into HRIS system
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for all employees in accordance with statutory requirements and regulations
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger support as it is related to payroll
- Proficiency in HRIS and Timekeeping Systems
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and maintaining strong internal controls
- Knowledge of non-profit accounting
- 4-5 years of Payroll experience
- Paychex
- Attention to detail
