Join Kairos IT as a Field Technician and become the operational backbone of our client technology delivery. In this dynamic role, you'll manage the entire device lifecycle, ensuring top-notch service and support for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work on-site with clients, providing hands-on hardware and network troubleshooting, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impact.
As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for device onboarding, client shipping, and on-site visits when remote solutions aren't feasible. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving support tickets efficiently and contributing to our internal knowledge base for continual improvement. You'll work closely with non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and reinforcing client confidence with every interaction.## Requirements1–3 years in a field technician, desktop support, or IT dispatch role within a managed services environment
Hands-on experience with endpoint provisioning and ITSM ticketing platforms
Proficient in endpoint imaging and deployment (Autopilot, Intune, Jamf, WDS)
Understanding of ITIL principles and experience in incident, request, and change management
Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbsCompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred
