The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality output and strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance. This role places strong emphasis on fostering associate growth, developing talent, and maintaining a safety culture of continuous improvement. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
