Full‑Time | Contract‑to‑Hire

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components with precision.
• Follow schematics, blueprints, and work orders to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure top‑tier quality.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Train peers and document procedures.
• Handle repairs, testing, and shipping of sub‑assemblies.

• Experience in electro‑mechanical assembly or machine building.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively.
• Familiarity with hand tools, soldering, and PC‑based testing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
