Seasonal Outdoor Production Laborer – support the Receiving Department in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. Ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and working outdoors.

• Develop a detailed understanding of your assigned work area and follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping down equipment, and blowing down work areas.
• Monitor and assist with daily operations within the assigned department.
• Assemble and reassemble bulk bins as needed.
• Monitor product flow and support receiving operations.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support department needs.

• Ability to work non‑traditional schedules, including overtime and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally climb stairs and ladders.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in outdoor conditions and varying weather environments.

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (available for overtime and weekends)
