Career Takes is sourcing on behalf of a growing organization seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in content creation, digital storytelling, and campaign execution across both online and print platforms. You’ll play a key role in building brand visibility, engaging audiences, and supporting integrated marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)
• Capture photo and video content on-site for digital use
• Design graphics and edit short- and long-form video content
• Monitor trends and recommend ideas to increase reach and engagement
• Manage community engagement across channels
• Track performance using social analytics tools and Google Analytics
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
• Coordinate deadlines with designers, printers, and vendors
• Create and distribute brochures, flyers, digital ads, and promotional materials
• Update website content for accuracy and relevance
• Maintain organized marketing asset library (photo, video, artwork, ads)
• Assist with events, trade shows, and community outreach
• Track campaign timelines and support the Marketing Manager with deliverables
• Manage inventory of promotional items

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in social media or marketing support (internships included)
• Experience creating and editing short- and long-form video content
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with social media analytics and digital marketing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
