Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Vineyard Post Acute – Petaluma, CA

Schedule:

6:30am–3:00pm (4–2 rotation)
Pay: $41–$44 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll DoDeliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans

Contribute to a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment What We’re Looking For Current California LVN license

Current CPR or BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
