Support the Director of Nursing in managing and leading the nursing department Ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all units Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion Lead by example in patient care, professionalism, and leadership Step into leadership roles as needed — your development into DON is part of our plan!

What We’re Looking For:
