Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Quality Inspector to work closely with the quality and production departments. You will monitor and document all aspects of quality inspection requirements for food safety and manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate and enforce a safe work environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Test products for quality parameters such as dimension, weight, temperature, and color.
- Conduct inspections and complete daily QA documents and reports as required.
- Report deficiencies promptly and initiate corrective actions.
- Previous food manufacturing production/QA experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions and perform assigned tasks with consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Computer skills, including data entry and basic to intermediate math functions.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Day shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm). Flexibility is required; you may start as early as 4:00 am or be needed for PM shift coverage. Daily or weekend overtime may be required.
