Rustic Bakery International, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to provide frontline technical leadership for quality and food safety on the 1st shift at our Petaluma facility.
You will guide QA Technicians, ensure testing and compliance with GMPs, HACCP/SQF, and customer specs, and own root cause analyses and corrective actions. In this role you will help develop SOPs and training materials while supporting shift coverage and continuous improvement efforts.
