Service Specialist (Grocery Bagger)

The Service Specialist is an entry‑level position with many opportunities for growth within our grocery operation. You will be responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming store environment, providing fast and effective customer service.

• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments with wide temperature variations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Strong team player willing to learn, work hard, and enjoy the role.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide a remarkable shopping experience by greeting and engaging customers, offering assistance, being friendly and approachable, and ensuring customers are well taken care of.
• Perform store sweeps, especially in the front‑end and entrance areas, keeping floors free of spills or debris for safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of registers and belts, empty check‑stand trash cans, dust and face shelves.
• Collect all shopping carts from the parking lot, keeping the lot cart‑free throughout your shift.
• Perform price checks and assist with returning items to the correct location, prioritizing perishables.
• Assist clerks by bagging groceries quickly and efficiently during busy times, protecting the quality and condition of items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hiring pay range: $18.31 per hour.
