Beverage Merchandiser

• Base Pay $19.00 - $22.00 / Hour

Responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

• Accurately stock and rotate products onto shelves from backroom inventories as required.
• Build creative, visible, correctly priced, displays in retails accounts using appropriate point-of-sale materials.
• Establish and maintain a professional rapport with retail personnel, based on trustworthiness, respect, communication and a high level of customer service.
• Follow up on requests and commitments to retailers.
• Assist Sales team on cooler resets, product rotation and identifying sales opportunities.
• Maintain breakage; clean-up and re-pack as necessary.
• Ensure organization of the company’s storage section at each account.
• Adhere to company dress code including proper uniform and grooming.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Consistent, lifting up to 45lbs., pulling and/or pushing up to 200lbs., bending and stooping. Driving with multiple stops, walking in and around refrigerated areas.

A minimum of two years of related experience or training in the beverage distribution sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
