Hansel Honda is looking for an experienced Dealership Parts Counter Professional to join our high‑performing, customer‑focused team. This role is ideal for a parts expert who knows dealership operations inside and out, takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, and thrives on delivering top‑tier service to technicians and customers alike.

Onsite at Hansel Honda - Petaluma, CA

The yearly Parts Counterperson compensation is expected to range from $40,000 - $75,000.00, depending on job performance/qualifications.

• Greet customers with a smile

• Inventory maintenance
• Understand all aspects of parts department
• Rotate between front and back counters as needed

• At least 2 years of experience at a Dealership Parts Counter
• Honda parts experience is a plus!
• Knowledge in CDK data management system
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of cars and trucks especially helpful
• Ability to understand customer needs and accurately locate the correct parts using an electronic parts catalog
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

The Parts Counterperson position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31 plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
